Annie Cataldo is a partner in the corporate group of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. She represents Firm clients in complex corporate and transactional matters including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, joint ventures, equity investments, corporate reorganizations and general corporate matters relating to the portfolio companies of private equity clients. She also has significant experience representing private companies and investors in tender offers, direct secondary transactions and private liquidity programs. Her clients span a variety of industries, including technology, software, healthcare, life sciences, business services, and consumer products, both in the U.S. and internationally.
