Jack Chadderdon is a corporate partner in the Houston office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. His practice focuses on representing private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies and other public and private companies in strategic transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and private equity investments.
