Christopher Chan is a partner in the Investment Funds Practice Group in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. His practice focuses on the formation, structuring and management of private equity funds and other investment vehicles, as well as the operational, legal and regulatory issues faced by their sponsors. He also has experience representing institutional investors in connection with their investments in private funds.
