Since joining Kirkland & Ellis, Dave advised:
- HarbourVest Partners and LGT Capital Partners as lead investors in a c.US$700 million single-asset continuation vehicle managed by ChrysCapital, which acquired ChrysCapital VI’s stake in the National Stock Exchange of India
- Forebright Capital on the successful closing of Forebright New Opportunities Fund III, L.P., with aggregate commitments of over US$500 million
- Cathay Life Insurance in the sale of limited partner interests in 17 infrastructure funds, with the total amount of the portfolio of around US$812 million
- Hosen Capital in the closing of a single-asset continuation fund and the transfer of its existing investment in Kilcoy Global Foods, from Hosen’s USD Fund I to the new continuation fund and Hosen USD Fund III at a total purchase price of US$280 million
Prior to joining Kirkland & Ellis, Dave advised:
- An Asian fund manager on the formation of an Asia Pacific-focused funds of funds and on investments in various private equity and growth capital funds
- A Chinese fund manager in connection with a renminbi-to-dollar fund recapitalization
