Overview

Emily T. Chen is a litigation partner in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Her practice focuses on high-stakes complex commercial litigation, antitrust and securities enforcement matters, and corporate internal investigations. Emily has significant experience litigating antitrust matters on behalf of clients in various industries, such as energy, technology and financial services. Emily also has extensive experience representing major accounting firms in investigations led by federal and state regulators, including the U.S. Department of Justice, the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board, the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Federal Trade Commission and state attorneys general.
