Prior to joining Kirkland, Fiona worked on the following matters:

• Advising A&M Capital Advisers Europe Limited on its acquisition of IB Group Limited
• Advising an ad-hoc group of noteholders in relation to the consensual recapitalisation and financial restructuring of Frigoglass S.A.I.C. and the group of companies formerly controlled by it
• Advising MGM Resorts International in relation to its $607 million acquisition of LeoVegas AB, a global online gaming company
• Advising Soul Foods Group, which owns and manages global food and coffee franchises including Burger King, KFC, Starbucks and Taco Bell, on a minority equity investment by Centerbridge, OpCapita and Metric Capital
• Advising Intact Financial Corporation on the £7.2 billion acquisition of RSA Insurance Group plc and the associated separation of RSA's Scandinavian business
• Advising Clayton Dubilier & Rice on its acquisition of Huntsworth plc
• Advising OTPP on its sale of 50% of InterGen, a UK/Australian coal and gas business
• Advising Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group plc in relation to its takeover by Marsh & McLennan Companies Inc.
• Advising Cambian Group plc in relation to its takeover by CareTech Holdings plc
• Advising E. Stanley Kroenke on his acquisition of the remaining 33% shares in Arsenal Holdings plc
• Advising CK Asset Holdings Limited on the acquisition of the 5 Broadgate complex
• Advising Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria S.A. on its minority investments in Atom Bank plc
• Advising Infravia on the disposal of its minority stake in the Nottingham Tramlink franchise
