Tim Cory is a partner in the Investment Funds Practice Group in the Los Angeles office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Tim advises on all matters relating to the formation, structuring and operation of private investment funds, as well as the operational, legal and regulatory issues faced by their sponsors. In addition, Tim has experience representing investors with respect to their interest in private investment funds.
