Yasmin Dilhe is an associate in Kirkland’s Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group in London. Yasmin has experience in litigation in the life sciences sector which is supplemented by her knowledge of pharmaceutics as acquired in her Masters of Pharmacy degree.

Prior to joining Kirkland, Yasmin worked on the following matters, advising:
Bayer against several generic companies claiming that the patent for their blockbuster anticoagulant Xarelto® (Rivaroxaban) was invalid as at the priority date.
A pharmaceutical company in relation to global SPCs, facilitiating subsequent strategy meetings.
A sovereign wealth fund, developing new IP laws, rules and regulations to underpin a new ‘smart city.’
A technology conglomerate in a series of revocation actions at the EUIPO.
