Matt Dunnet is a corporate partner in the Bay Area office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Matt's mergers and acquisitions practice focuses on representing private equity funds and their portfolio companies in various transactions, including leveraged and management buy-outs, sale transactions, minority investments, restructurings and financings.
Prior to joining Kirkland, Matt was a senior associate at a leading global law firm where his practice focused on both public and private M&A, as well as capital markets, corporate governance and other general corporate matters.
