Philipp Ershov is an investment funds associate in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP.
Philipp advises and represents investment funds sponsors with respect to all aspects of the structuring, fundraising and operation of alternative investment funds across a variety of strategies and asset classes, together with related carried interest, co-investment and other incentive arrangements. Philipp also has experience advising on private equity transactions, including co-investments and secondary transactions.
Prior to joining Kirkland, Philipp spent time on secondment at 3i Group plc, supporting both its infrastructure and private equity businesses.
