Kirkland Advises Ambienta on €500+ Million Article 9 Continuation Fund
Kirkland & Ellis advised Ambienta, one of Europe's leading asset managers solely focused on environmental sustainability investing, on the sale of platform company Wateralia from Ambienta III to a combination of Ambienta Water Pumps, a €500+ million single-asset continuation fund, and Ambienta IV. The transaction also involved Wateralia’s management, as well as the founding families of both Caprari and Calpeda, re-investing substantially in the deal.
