Overview

Peter Evangelatos is a partner in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Peter has a wide range of experience representing large companies in intellectual property litigation matters before district courts, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and U.S. International Trade Commission. Peter primarily focuses his practice on patent litigation, and has also advised clients on matters involving trademark, copyright, trade secret and breach of contract disputes.

Peter is experienced in all phases of litigation and frequently oversees discovery strategy, engages in motion practice and conducts depositions. Peter has worked on matters involving a wide range of technologies, including cellular, semiconductor and audio signal processing technology, medical devices, and energy and power systems.
