Another Round of Litigator of the Week Runners-Up and Shout Outs

Kirkland partners Gregg LoCascio, Paul Brinkman, Kristina Cary, Tiffany Knapp, Sean McEldowney and Karthik Ravishankar and associates Steven Dirks, Peter Evangelatos, Diva Hollis and Tera Jo Stone received a shout out for The Am Law Litigation Daily’s “Litigator of the Week” contest for their work for iRobot. 

"... Shout out to Gregg LoCascio and his team at Kirkland & Ellis. They previously landed a runner-up spot in October for getting a trial win for Roomba maker iRobot in a showdown at the U.S. International Trade Commission with rival Shark. This week the full ITC upheld part of that win and issued an exclusion order barring Shark from importing products that infringe iRobot’s patent for carpet detection. The Kirkland team also includes partners Paul Brinkman, Kristina Cary, Tiffany Knapp, Sean McEldowney and Karthik Ravishankar, and associates Steven Dirks, Peter Evangelatos, Diva Hollis and Tera Jo Stone."
