• Blue Wolf Capital Partners on the acquisition of seven CDMO sites from Recipharm.
• Antin Infrastructure Partners on the acquisition of Consilium Safety Group.
• Vista Equity Partners, on its strategic growth investment in Gatekeeper, a leading vendor and contract lifecycle management platform.
• Accel-KKR on the sale of Kerridge Commercial Systems, a leading global ERP and business management software provider, to CapVest.
• QuadReal Property Group on the acquisition of an interest in Precede Capital Partners, alongside a commitment of up to £1 billion to deploy for its residential development loans.
• Preservation Capital on the acquisition of Saltus Partners, a UK wealth management business.
• G.S. Precision, a portfolio company of AE Industrial Partners, on the acquisition of F.T. Gearing Systems.
• Groupe Bruxelles Lambert on the acquisition of Affidea, a leading provider of medical diagnostic services in Europe.
• Oaktree on the $150 million strategic partnership with Draslovka.
• Medallia, a portfolio company of Thoma Bravo, on its acquisition of Thunderhead, an enterprise technology provider.
• Inmarsat and its controlling consortium on the $7.3 billion combination with Viasat, Inc. 
• Davies Group, a portfolio company of BC Partners, on the strategic acquisition of Asta, a leading third party managing agent at Lloyd’s.
• Cobham on the c. £2.57 billion recommended all cash acquisition of Ultra Electronics Holdings plc.
• Ares on the £400 million preferred equity investment in McLaren Group.

Prior to joining Kirkland, Jack worked on the following matters:

• EMR Capital on its joint venture with Golden Energy and Resources Limited for the acquisition of the Ravenswood Gold Mine.
• OPTrust and Infrastructure Capital Group on the acquisition of Zenith Energy.
• BGH Capital on its joint venture with Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan for the acquisition of Abano Healthcare.
• Affinity Equity Partners on the sale of TEG.
