Overview
Rosalyn Flores is a corporate partner in Kirkland’s Chicago office. She is a member of the Knowledge Management team for Kirkland’s U.S. M&A and private equity practices, with broad responsibility for know-how, training, substantive client outreach and innovation.
Rosalyn regularly assists with representations of private equity sponsors and public and private company clients in complex business transactions, including leveraged buyouts, strategic mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, PIPE and growth equity investments.

Rosalyn maintains an active pro bono practice, representing, among others, a charter school, immigration and refugee resettlement applicants and transgender individuals seeking legal name changes. She also represented a federal prisoner in a successful petition for executive clemency and is actively involved in ongoing efforts to protect voting rights.
