Lucy Frey
Overview
Lucy Frey is an executive compensation partner in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. She leads Knowledge Management and attorney engagement for the Executive Compensation, Employment and Benefits practice, with broad responsibility for know-how, mentoring, training, substantive client outreach and innovation. Lucy’s practice focuses on executive compensation matters in connection with mergers and acquisitions and public offerings. Lucy also advises clients on a wide range of compensation and associated tax, securities and corporate governance matters, including the design, disclosure and implementation of equity and cash incentive programs, employment, consulting and severance arrangements, change in control plans and retention programs.
