Kirkland & Ellis counseled Revolution II WI Holding Company, LLC, an affiliate of Mountain Capital Partners, LP, on its decision to purchase Jones Energy II, Inc. (OTC: JEII) in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $201.5 million.
