Natalie George is a corporate associate in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Her practice focuses on representing public and private companies, controlling stockholders, and others in connection with mergers and acquisitions and other strategic transactions. Natalie also maintains an active practice representing public companies in connection with shareholder activism, proxy contests, takeover defense, general corporate governance and investor relations matters.
Natalie draws upon her extensive background in advising high-touch and quant desks on both the sell-side and buy-side. Her experience spans various areas, including corporate actions, compliance reporting, vendor and broker relationships management, exchange interactions and software development of trading platforms for mid to high-frequency strategies across diverse asset classes.
