Overview

Sami Ghubril is a corporate associate in the Houston office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Sami has extensive experience in all types of public and private capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings, secondary offerings and high-yield and convertible debt offerings. He also represents clients regarding a broad range of general corporate and securities laws matters, including corporate governance, Exchange Act periodic reporting and disclosure issues, Section 16 reporting, stock exchange listing requirements and securities transfer issues. Additionally, Sami has experience representing private equity sponsors and other companies in SPAC transactions and mergers and acquisitions.
