Kirkland Counsels Delek Logistics Partners on Pricing of $650 Million Senior Notes Offering and Commencement of Tender Offer
Kirkland & Ellis advised Delek Logistics Partners, LP (NYSE:DKL), a master limited partnership and operator of logistics and marketing assets for crude oil and refined products, and its subsidiaries on a Rule 144A/Regulation S offering of $650 million of senior notes due 2029, upsized from $550 million, and a tender offer of senior notes due 2025.
