Prior to joining Kirkland & Ellis LLP, Hayley was an associate at a leading Canadian law firm, where she maintained a practice that included public and private mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and securities. Prior to attending law school, she worked as an accountant at a big-four accounting firm.
