Overview

Aura Gilham is a transactional partner in the Los Angeles office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Her practice focuses on the formation, structuring, marketing, management and regulatory compliance of investment funds, as well as the operational, legal and regulatory issues faced by their sponsors. In addition, Aura counsels fund sponsors on internal economic and governance matters, including minority sale transactions and also advises fund sponsors on fund-related aspects of M&A transactions, including deal structuring, co-investment arrangements and alternative investment structures.
