Matthew Goulding is a corporate partner in the Bay Area office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Matthew’s practice focuses on private equity mergers and acquisitions transactions, including leveraged buyouts of public and private targets, sale transactions, minority investments and structured financings. Matthew also represents private equity-owned companies in strategic acquisitions, as well as routine corporate and governance matters. Matthew’s representative experience includes handling transactions for Olympus Partners, K1 Investment Management, Kingswood Capital Management, Peak Rock Capital, Gryphon Investors, Intermediate Capital Group, Pritzker Private Capital and Golden Gate Capital, as well as their portfolio companies.
