Rodney H. Hill is a tax partner in the Washington, D.C., office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Rodney advises clients on the tax aspects of a range of transactions, with a particular focus on investment fund formation and transactions involving investment fund sponsors.
Rodney has extensive experience in connection with the structuring and formation of investment funds, including private equity funds, hedge funds, funds-of-funds and separate accounts across alternative asset classes, including buyout, growth, venture, infrastructure, renewable energy, credit and real estate. He also frequently represents clients in connection with GP stakes transactions, continuation funds and GP-led secondaries.
