Lawrence Ho is a corporate associate in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. His practice includes public and private mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions and debt finance transactions. Prior to joining Kirkland, Lawrence worked as an analyst in the corporate and investment banking group of a global investment bank in New York.
