Since joining Kirkland, Bilal has been involved in the following matters:
EPIC Y-Grade in its $2.2 billion sale of its NGL business located in both the Permian and Eagle Ford basins to Phillips 66 (NYSE: PSX).
EQT Corporation (NYSE: EQT) in its $8.8 billion midstream joint venture with Blackstone Credit & Insurance.
ONEOK, Inc. (NYSE: OKE) in its $3.3 billion acquisition of Global Infrastructure Partners’ entire interest in EnLink Midstream, LLC (NYSE: ENLC).
Honeywell (NASDAQ: HON) in its $1.81 billion acquisition of Air Products’ (NYSE: APD) liquefied natural gas process technology and equipment business.
Echo Minerals in its sale of mineral and royalty interests in the Permian and Anadarko basins to Sixth Street Partners.
Prior to joining Kirkland, Bilal was involved in the following matters:
An oil and gas exploration company in connection with a $177 million sale of substantially all its assets.
A large integrated energy company in connection with a sale of $70 million of oil and gas assets in Louisiana.
A renewable energy company in a $100 million acquisition of a portfolio of ten different solar photovoltaic electricity generation projects.
A hospital system in connection with a $500 million “energy as a service” transaction.
An energy infrastructure company in connection with drafting and negotiating over 30 different NAESB Base Contracts for Sale and Purchase of Natural Gas and corresponding Special Provisions.
