Rafeeq’s practice focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, structured equity transactions, minority interest sales and other transactions involving investment management firms, broker-dealers and related business. In addition, his practice includes the structuring and negotiation of a wide range of secondary transactions.
Rafeeq has spent time on secondment at Apollo Global Management.
