A litigation with HMRC regarding the VAT treatment of Tesco’s Clubcard scheme.
A sale by National Bank of Greece of its 99.91 per cent stake in its Bulgarian subsidiary United Bulgarian Bank and its 100 per cent stake in Interlease to KBC Bank for €610m.
