Kirkland Advises Inflexion on £1.75 Billion Inflexion Partnership Capital Fund III
Kirkland & Ellis advised Inflexion on the formation of Inflexion Partnership Capital Fund III, which recently held its final closing at its £1.75 billion hard cap. The fundraise was strongly supported by existing investors, the majority of whom increased their commitments, alongside significant capital from new investors across Asia, Europe, the Middle East and the U.S.
