Arthur Le Calvez is a corporate associate in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP. Arthur has experience in a broad range of corporate matters, including cross-border public and private mergers & acquisitions, private equity transactions and joint ventures, as well as corporate advisory work.
Prior to joining Kirkland, Arthur spent a year in São Paulo, Brazil, working on a range of corporate and capital markets matters across the LATAM region.
