Since joining Kirkland, Isabel has worked on the following matters, advising:

• GIC on an over $15 billion joint venture with Equinix, Inc. and Canada Pension Plan Investment Board to capitalise, acquire and develop a U.S. centric digital infrastructure platform
• KKR on its acquisition of a majority stake in Accountor Software, a provider of mission critical business software in Finland and Sweden, from Vitruvian Partners
• Thoma Bravo portfolio company, J.D. Power, on its definitive agreement to acquire Autovista, a leading pan-European and Australian automotive data, analytics and industry insights provider, from Hayfin Capital Management
• Thoma Bravo portfolio company, Anaplan, on its acquisition of Fluence Technologies, a provider of a cloud native solution for financial close, consolidation, disclosure management and reporting

Prior to joining Kirkland, Isabel worked on the following matters, advising:

• Baring Private Equity Asia on its disposal of Interplex Holdings, a global manufacturing business, to funds managed by the Blackstone Group
• Baring Private Equity Asia on its investment into Virtuous Holdings Pte Ltd, an international content production company specializing in video game development and 3D art production
• Partners Group and management shareholders on the disposal of Straive, a provider of technology-driven content and data solutions, to Baring Private Equity Asia
