• The Sinclair Companies in the combination of Sinclair Oil’s refining, renewable diesel and logistics assets with those of HollyFrontier Corporation and Holly Energy Partners, L.P.
• FloWorks International LLC in connection with Clearlake Capital Group, L.P.’s sale of a majority interest in FloWorks to Wynnchurch Capital, L.P.
• Gravity Oilfield Services Inc. in the sale of its Gravity Water Midstream division to Delek Logistics Partners, LP
• SCF Partners, Inc. in connection with the acquisition of the Newpark Fluids Systems business of Newpark Resources, Inc.
• Variperm Holdings Ltd. in its sale to Forum Energy Technologies, Inc.
• Flogistix Holdings, LLC in the business combination of Flogistix, GEC Estis Holdings LLC and Flowco Production Solutions, LLC to form Flowco MergeCo LLC, which subsequently consummated an initial public offering
