Ted Meddick-Dyson is a tax associate in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP.
Ted has worked on a wide range of UK and international tax and structuring matters, with extensive experience in advising fund managers on tax and structuring issues relating to private funds, from inception to exit, including complex executive remuneration packages. Ted has a broad practice which encompasses advice on the tax aspects of transactional matters (such as M&A, real estate, reorganisations and debt finance).

QuadReal Property Group on the acquisition of interest in Precede Capital Partners
Nordic Capital on completing one of the largest fundraises in Europe in 2022, closing Nordic Capital Fund XI at €9 billion hard cap
CPP Investments and Motive Partners on the $1.4 billion investment in FNZ, a global wealth management platform

The mandated lead arrangers in relation to the financing for the £6.8 billion acquisition of ASDA Group Limited by the Issa brothers and TDR Capital
NorthWest Healthcare Properties Real Estate Investment Trust:
on a €2 billion pan-European joint venture with an Asian sovereign wealth fund
on the £260 million acquisition of a portfolio of four hospitals located in Greater London
Aberdeen Standard Investments on the secondary sale of a c. $500 million portfolio of private equity fund interests
