Overview

Josue Medina is a corporate associate in the Houston office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. He represents public and private clients, including private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, in complex corporate and transactional matters, such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and investments. He also advises clients on corporate governance and general corporate matters. His experience covers a broad spectrum of industries, including energy and infrastructure, renewables, technology and telecommunications.
