• Vivint Smart Home, Inc. (NYSE: VVNT) in its $5.2 billion acquisition by NRG Energy, Inc. (NYSE: NRG), consisting of $2.8 billion in cash and the assumption of $2.4 billion of debt
• TCF Financial Corporation (NYSE: TCF) in its $3.5 billion all-stock merger of equals transaction with Chemical Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: CHFC)
• BorgWarner Inc. (NYSE: BWA) in its $3.3 billion acquisition of Delphi Technologies PLC (NYSE: DLPH) in an all-stock transaction
• Global Blue Group AG (NYSE: GB), in its €2.3 billion (approximately $2.6 billion) merger with Far Point Acquisition Corporation, a special purpose acquisition company
• AGCO (NYSE: AGCO) in its $2 billion acquisition of an 85% interest in Trimble's (NASDAQ: TRMB) portfolio of agriculture assets and technologies and entry into a joint venture with Trimble
• Teleflex Incorporated (NYSE:TFX) in acquisition of Palette Life Sciences AB for up to $650 million in cash
• Atairos Group, Inc. in connection with the repurchase of $360 million of shares by TriNet Group, Inc. (NYSE: TNET)
• KKR in its acqusition of Neighborly, the world’s largest provider and franchisor of home service brands, from Harvest Partners
• KKR in connection with the merger of Lemonade Restaurant Group, a KKR portfolio company, and Modern Market Eatery
• Blackstone in its $500 million acquisition of TaskUs, Inc.
• New Mountain Capital in its majority investment in Citrin Cooperman
• Citrin Cooperman Advisors LLC in its acquisition of the nonattest business of accounting, tax and consulting firm, Berdon LLP
• Cerberus Capital Management, L.P. in its acquisition of Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC from GI Partners
• Sixth Street Partners in its investment, together with Brentwood Associates, in Far West Services, a franchisee of Wingstop restaurants
• Astatine Investment Partners (f/k/a Alinda Capital Partners) in the sale of its investment in CVO Holding Company, LLC to PrePass Safety Alliance
