Petrina Nomikou is an investment funds associate in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP.
Petrina advises and represents sponsors with respect to all aspects of structuring, fundraising and operation of alternative investment funds across a variety of strategies and asset classes, together with related carried interest and other incentive arrangements. Petrina also has experience advising on private equity transactions, including co-investments and secondaries.
Prior to joining Kirkland, Petrina spent time on secondment in New York focusing on private equity and M&A transactions in the U.S. and South America.
