- its acquisition of PCF Insurance
- its sale of Dealer-FX to Snap-on Inc. (NYSE: SNA)
- Vista Equity Partners, in numerous transactions, including:
- its investment in Menlo Security
- its majority investment in Acquia
- its acquisition of Navex and its sale to BC Partners
- its sale of Advicent to InvestCloud
- Serent Capital, in its sale of Real Green Systems to WorkWave.
- SoftBank Vision Fund and its affiliates in Walmart Inc.’s (NYSE: WMT) approximately $16 billion purchase of a majority of the equity of Flipkart.
