Overview

Calum Parfitt is an associate in the London office of Kirkland’s Technology & IP Transactions Practice Group. Calum advises clients on the intellectual property, technology and data implications of acquisitions and disposals, including carve-outs, separations, re-organisations and complex transitional services arrangements.

Calum also has a broad general commercial practice and supports clients at all stages of the supply chain with exploitation strategies, development and manufacturing, licensing and distribution, and outsourcing.

Calum has a particular interest in emerging technologies and has advised clients on the regulatory and legal frameworks relating to artificial intelligence, blockchain and Web3 gaming.
