Evangelia Podaras

Evangelia Podaras is member of the Labor & Employment Practice Group in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Evangelia has diverse experience advising clients on labor and employment matters in the context of U.S. and multijurisdictional corporate transactions, including conducting acquisition-related due diligence and risk assessment and assisting with post-acquisition workforce integration. Evangelia also regularly counsels clients on issues related to federal, state, and local employment and labor laws, conducting internal investigations, managing employee separations, and conducting reductions-in-force. Evangelia has also prepared affirmative action plans and desk audit submissions for the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs.
