Jordan Rex is a corporate partner in the Dallas office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Jordan’s practice focuses on advising private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies and a variety of
other private and public companies in complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, private equity investments, joint ventures, complex strategic and commercial agreements, carve-outs and advising on general corporate governance matters.
