Representing, along with the ACLU of Southern California, a group of Orange County, California residents who stayed in homeless shelters operated by Orange County and the city of Anaheim in a lawsuit alleging sex-based discrimination and harassment, policies that restrict freedom of movement, substandard living conditions and retaliation for alerting authorities of problems at the shelters.
