Stacey is a partner based in the Hong Kong office of Kirkland & Ellis. Her experience includes representing global and Asia-based private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, and other financial and strategic investors in connection with their transactions across Asia and globally, particularly those with a China nexus. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, including acquisitions and divestitures, leveraged buyouts, preferred equity investments and joint ventures. She has worked in Hong Kong, Beijing and Tokyo.
