Skyler Sikes is a corporate partner in the Dallas office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. His practice focuses on energy transactions, with a particular emphasis on asset acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic join ventures in the upstream, midstream, and renewables sectors. Skyler's transactional experience also includes advising private equity investors and their portfolio companies in connection with a wide range of commercial transactions relating to energy and infrastructure, including joint development projects, farmout agreements, and other commercial agreements concerning the development of real property assets.
