Overview

Ethan Silverman is an associate in the Bay Area office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP and a member of the Firm’s ESG & Impact Practice Group. Ethan’s practice focuses on counseling asset managers, public and private companies, and other stakeholders on the dynamic and evolving landscape of legal and strategic issues related to environmental, social and governance (ESG) considerations, social enterprise and alternative corporate forms, and impact investing.

Ethan’s ESG & Impact practice builds on prior experience representing private equity firms in mergers & acquisitions and fund formations as a part of the Firm’s Corporate Practice Group. Prior to joining the Firm, Ethan worked as a product manager at a healthcare technology company and founded a social enterprise financial service startup.
