Advising asset managers and public and private companies on issues related to social enterprise and diverse business certifications, including governance and structuring concerns and transaction considerations related to alternative corporate forms (e.g., public benefit corporations), private certifications (e.g., B Lab certified B Corps; NMSDC certified businesses such as MBEs and MCCs) and tax exempt organizations
Advising private equity firms and corporates on ESG and impact-related communications, including voluntary disclosures and regulatory filings
