Overview

Ryan Slaugh is a corporate associate in the Salt Lake City office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. His practice focuses primarily on representing private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in complex business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buyouts, debt and equity restructurings, and minority equity investments.

Prior to joining Kirkland, Ryan worked as a restructuring associate, focusing primarily on complex commercial restructurings in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

While in law school, Ryan served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Kent A. Jordan of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
