Mari Stonebraker is a partner in the Boston office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. She advises clients on a broad range of labor and employment matters, particularly in the context of complex U.S. and multinational corporate transactions. Mari has experience negotiating and drafting complex employment agreements, restrictive covenant agreements and executive separation agreements. Mari also guides clients through various labor and employment matters, including reductions in force, harassment and discrimination issues, restrictive covenant enforcement issues and wage and hour compliance.
