Laura Kelley Uhlenhuth

Part of a team representing a US-based telematics and logistics company in a patent infringement lawsuit. Laura drafted multiple IPRs and prepared and defended expert depositions relating to the IPRs. Laura also prepared witnesses for depositions, defended depositions, took depositions of key fact witnesses and argued claim construction positions in court.

Part of a team representing a U.S.-based toy manufacturer in a fast-paced patent dispute before the International Trade Commission. Laura was involved at every stage of the case and had a significant role in discovery, took depositions, drafted motions, prepared expert reports and prepared fact witnesses and technical experts for trial.

Part of a team representing a global manufacturer of digital two-way radio technology in a trade secret misappropriation and copyright infringement case in connection with a global dispute over critical wireless technologies. Laura served a significant role in preparing technical witnesses over the course of a three-and-a-half month trial, ultimately resulting in a $764 million jury verdict in favor of our client on all counts. Laura also served a significant role in drafting motions for fees which were granted in full, awarding $34.2 million.
