Since joining Kirkland, Aram has worked on the following matters, advising:

• A consortium led by Starwood Capital Group, Sixth Street and SSW Partners, and which also includes QIA, Warburg Pincus, and the Founders, on their $7.1 billion proposal to privatise ESR from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange
• Summa Equity on their investment in EA Technology
• TPG Rise Climate and GIC on their acquisition of Techem Group for approximately €6.7 billion
• Brookfield on its £557 million recommended cash acquisition of Tritax EuroBox plc
• Constellation Cold Logistics on the acquisition financing for Nordic cold-storage business Agri-Norcold
• Arcus on the sale of Constellation Cold Logistics to EQT

Prior to joining Kirkland, Aram worked on the following matters, advising:

• EQT Infrastructure in relation to, among other matters:
  
  • The financing of its acquisition of Trescal, a global leader in calibration laboratories
  • Portfolio company Lumos in its $1.1 billion sustainability-linked infrastructure debt financing, the first project finance-style fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) infrastructure financing in the U.S. for an existing and integrated FTTH platform, and the first U.S. FTTH sustainability-linked financing
• Eroski on its refinancing of senior debt, including the issuance of €500 million senior secured bonds
• Eurofiber, a leading Dutch fiber network operator backed by Antin Infrastructure Partners and PGGM, on its €1.5 billion sustainability-linked refinancing
• The funders to Cityfibre, the UK’s largest independent carrier-neutral Full Fibre platform, in relation to its up to £4.9 billion refinancing
• A major global private equity sponsor in relation to the financing of its acquisition of a leading global provider of transport services
• A European telecoms business in relation to its refinancing
