Anna Van de moortel is a partner in the Corporate Team in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP.
Her practice focuses on cross-border M&A and finance transactions, particularly in the private equity space. Anna has represented private equity firms on a broad range of complex cross-border M&A transactions as well as corporate matters. In addition, Anna has experience working with both private equity and corporate issuers on their high-yield bond offerings and other corporate finance transactions.
Anna has experience in transactions across many European jurisdictions, including Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain and the United Kingdom, among others.
