Kirkland Advises KKR on Acquisition of Karo Healthcare
Kirkland & Ellis is advising KKR on its acquisition of Karo Healthcare (“Karo”), a European consumer healthcare company, from EQT. The transaction marks a significant milestone in Karo’s journey, following a period of rapid transformation, geographic expansion and strategic portfolio development.
The transaction is subject to customary conditions and regulatory approvals and is expected to close in the coming months.
